This recipe serves about 4 people so if you have a large family, you might double the recipe.
Also, if you don’t own an air fryer, a regular skillet or pan will be just fine for cooking the chicken. Just don’t add sauce until the end so you can still get that crispy chicken texture.
This meal can be served over rice or noodles. If you’re not eating stuff like that, I’m sure it would be good over caulirice or zoodles.
Lastly, my grocery store didn’t have hot red peppers, so I used crushed red pepper and black pepper. It was still good. :) The simplest part of this recipe is the sauce. I used Panda Express Kung Pao sauce that I bought from the grocery store. However, if you prefer to make your own, this one seems pretty easy.
